We help you find the type of workout that suits you best and gradually build up your fitness.

I’m a beginner. Is this gym for me?
Yes. We’ll help you take the first steps, show you how to use the machines, and give you tips on how to get started.

Is there a personal trainer I can turn to?
Yes, our trainers are happy to help. You can request a full training plan or just occasional guidance.

Do I need gym shoes and a towel?

Yes. Gym shoes, clean clothes, deodorant and a towel are mandatory.

If you don’t have gym shoes, you cannot work out.

Do I need to book in advance?
No, it’s not necessary. Come anytime during opening hours and you can start your workout.

What types of training can I choose from?
In addition to weight and machine training, cardio equipment is also available. If you’d like, a trainer can help you combine exercises to match your goals.
